These terms govern your use of the Sukjai website and your enrolment in any of our programmes. Please read them carefully before submitting an enquiry or registering for a course.
1. Definitions
- "Sukjai", "we", "us", "our": the educational programmes and website operated from 78 Wireless Road, Lumphini, Bangkok 10330, Thailand
- "Programme" or "Course": any of the three structured learning programmes offered by Sukjai
- "Participant" or "you": any individual who enquires about, registers for, or attends a Sukjai programme
- "Materials": workbooks, frameworks, templates, recordings, and other content provided as part of a programme
- "Agreement": these Terms & Conditions, together with any programme registration confirmation
2. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an enquiry form, registering for a programme, or accessing programme materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not register or use our services. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. Description of Services
Sukjai offers three educational programmes for adults over 40 seeking to understand side income options and career transitions from a financial perspective. These are:
- Exploring Income Options Beyond Your Primary Role (฿4,200)
- Financial Planning for a Career Transition (฿10,500)
- Building Sustainable Additional Revenue (฿17,500)
Programmes are delivered via live group sessions (online or in-person as specified at registration), supported by written materials and, in the case of Programmes 2 and 3, mentoring or advisory sessions.
4. Enrolment and Registration
Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or an agreed deposit, and a confirmation email from Sukjai. Places are limited and are allocated in the order payment is received. Sukjai reserves the right to decline enrolment at its discretion.
5. Fees and Payment
Course fees are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of all materials unless otherwise stated. Payment is due in full prior to the first session unless an instalment arrangement has been confirmed in writing. Fees do not include any additional costs such as internet access or personal software.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation more than 14 days before the first session: full refund minus any payment processing fees
- Cancellation 7–14 days before the first session: 50% refund
- Cancellation fewer than 7 days before the first session: no refund, though the fee may be applied to a future cohort at Sukjai's discretion
- After the programme has started: no refund for sessions already delivered
- Cancellation by Sukjai: if we cancel a programme, a full refund will be provided. We are not liable for any further costs you may incur as a result.
7. Participant Responsibilities
As a participant, you agree to:
- Attend sessions respectfully and engage in good faith with facilitators and fellow participants
- Maintain the confidentiality of personal or financial information shared by other participants within sessions
- Not record or share session recordings without prior written consent from Sukjai
- Not use Sukjai materials for commercial purposes or share them with non-participants
- Notify us promptly if you are unable to attend a scheduled session
8. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Sukjai programme materials
- Misrepresent your identity or qualifications during the programme
- Use the programmes for any purpose that is unlawful under Thai law
- Disrupt sessions or interfere with the experience of other participants
9. Intellectual Property
All programme materials — including workbooks, frameworks, templates, session slides, and recordings — remain the intellectual property of Sukjai. Participants are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for their own learning purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, resale, or distribution.
10. Disclaimers
Sukjai programmes are educational in nature and are not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or accounting advice. Information provided within our programmes reflects general principles and publicly available data about the Thai financial and regulatory environment. We make no representation that the information will be accurate, current, or complete at the time you rely on it.
Programme content does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or legal advice. Participants are encouraged to consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, Sukjai's total liability to any participant in connection with a programme is limited to the programme fee paid. Sukjai is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from participation in or reliance on our programmes.
12. Termination
Sukjai may, at its sole discretion, terminate a participant's access to a programme if they breach these Terms. In such cases, no refund will be provided for sessions already delivered.
Participants may withdraw from a programme at any time, subject to the cancellation and refund terms in Section 6.
13. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
14. General
- Entire agreement: these Terms, together with the programme registration confirmation, constitute the full agreement between the parties
- Severability: if any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect
- Waiver: failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of future enforcement
- Notices: communications should be sent to [email protected] or by post to our Bangkok address
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes affect enrolled participants, we will notify them by email with at least 14 days' notice before the changes take effect. Continued participation in a programme following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
